Since graduating from the Royal College of Music with a Masters for Composition for Screen in 2010, Adam has scored several primetime documentaries for BBC1, National Geographic and Channel 4 and worked as an arranger on the X-Factor.
After scoring a number of live action and animated short films, Adam’s first major commission was to score the 2010 Channel 4 documentary Our Drugs War: Birth of a Narco-State. This was followed by Too Fast To Be A Woman: The Story of Caster Semenya for BBC2, The Hidden Art of Islam for BBC4, and Out Of Jail and On The Streets for BBC1. These one-off documentaries led to series commissions on Jesus:Rise to Power, a 3-parter for National Geographic, and the 4×60 min series Doctors Are Human Too for BBC1.
Adam’s most recent work includes a 90-minute BBC4 Spider documentary for BBC’s Gothic Season (Nov 2014) and ‘The Manners of Downton Abbey’ for PBS, TX Jan 2015.
